Unable to upscale (Unsqueeze)

I ran into an issue of upscaling video game recordings. I don’t know why but whenever I try to it cancels out and my phone vibrates like it’s “shaking its head no”.

I haven't had this issue before I've tried for about two hours as of the time that I'm writing this.
