Best practice to save mosaic tree and selected channels

Is there a best practice to save the mosaic layout state the user has defined. We would also like to save the channels the user was using.

Is there anything built in that handles this?

Hi @shipswake, the saving of (what is variously called) a user's layout or workspace is often a function of a Desktop Agent, but not one that is standardised. Hence, you'll need to look to the product or team that provides or could provide your Desktop Agent for an answer.

We are using the BasicFDC3Server from the examples. Is it possible to pull the channels an app is assigned to from that desktop agent?
