Create basic conformance tests for user channel apis #1777
Description
If the Desktop agent getInfo() functions returns an ImplementationMetadata with UserChannelMembershipAPIs set to true then we should add a basic conformance test for the following functions:
joinUserChannel,getCurrentChannel,leaveCurrentChannel
