Project structure organization

The project is following the monorepo strategy, and it looks more or less like:

1. Documentation
2. Vuu - Fronted
3. Vuu - Backend
4. Util code -> Benchmarks, Toolbox
5. Website

The idea is to restructure it in the way :

Vuu-Root

+- Vuu-Backend ( mvn parent here ) 
    +- Vuu-Server
    +- Vuu-Benchmark
    +- Vuu-Toolbox
    ...
+- Vuu-UI ( node parent here ) 
+- Documentation

One problem with this is the ui is also a Maven module at the moment, you can download the full jar for the ui and include it in a project
