Upgrade to okhttp 5.x #7612

What feature would you like to see?
Upgrade the okhttp dependency (present at least in Firebase Performance module) to 5.x version.
How would you use it?
Many other libraries have updated their okhttp already to 5.x. This means that if you use multiple different libraries with multiple different versions of okhttp in the project the newest version of okhttp gets used, in this case 5.x version.
There seems to not be any direct incompatibility with okhttp 4.12 (the current version in Firebase Performance at least) and 5.x but this might change any day and cause some problems for Firebase Performance. Please note that the 4.12 version is over two years old now as of writing this issue.
