Reproducing the issue

I can reproduce this issue.

The user cannot receive push notifications. From the user feedback logs, I did not find a valid FCM token.

There is also no log indicating that the following Firebase Messaging delegate callback was invoked:

Thanks for reporting, @songzhiming. I tried using the FCM quickstart to reproduce the issue, but the didReceiveRegistrationToken is being called. Do you have a minimal reproducible app? You may also try using the fcm quickstart to serve as your baseline for troubleshooting.
