[Dev UI] Render contiguous reasoning parts together #4195
Description
Wherever we render messages, we can improve density by consolidating/rendering contiguous reasoning parts together in a single panel.
It's possible we already mostly do the right thing. The screenshot below is a Gemini CLI trace.
