Install

Download repo
Unzip the repo and move the files into %appdata%\Stormworks\data\missions\UtilityCommandsV3Lite
Open the create world menu in stormworks and click on "Enabled Addons"
Click on the saved tab
Enable UtilityCommandsV3Lite
Create the world
