Side bar selection should be preserved across theme switch

1. Open the toolbox and select the Inspector panel
2. Select e.g. the Rule side panel
3. Open the start button menu and uncheck 'Firebug Theme'
4. Check the 'Firebug Theme' again
5. The Rule side panel is not selected anymore -> BUG

(no side panel is selected at the end, which should never happen).
