The debugger side panel tabs are not consistent with the other ones

The debugger side panel tabs are not displayed at the same level as the toggle side-panel button (and the panel toolbar).

I'd love to have this fixed, but it'll probably need platform (XUL) changes. Unless you know about a workaround?

I have not looked at the issue yet. I guess that's more difficult than moving elements of the tab to the toolbar (using Javascript or playing with the XUL overlay)?

I already spent some time analyzing this and the problem is that the Debugger panel widgets (left side panel + splitter + source editor + another splitter + right side panel are within "debugger-widgets" . Consequently the toolbar and the "debugger-widgets" are both in "body" .

What we need to do is take the right side panel and move it out from "debugger-widgets" and put into the "body" level but - the side bar needs to be aligned horizontally (on the right side) not vertically, so the "body" needs additional XUL structure where the entire "debugger-widgets" needs to be moved to...

It's relatively big amount of XUL structure changes and we need to make sure the internal Debugger panel logic isn't broken by all that.
