Console side bar is not properly initialized

STR

1. Open the toolbox, select the Console panel
2. Type document into the command line and execute
3. Click the HTMLDocument link in the Console panel
4. The side bar is opened but there is no Command Editor tab -> BUG

And consequently:
5. Close the side bar by clicking on the toggle side bar button
6. Click the HTMLDocument link in the Console panel again
7. The side bar is not opened anymore -> BUG
