Twisties in Debugger/source pane do nothing

1. Open the Debugger panel.
2. Navigate to google.com.
3. Click the twisty next to the header/source domain in In the debugger source pane.

Expected: Scripts belonging to the domain should expand/collapse
Actual: Nothing happened

By looking at the other themes there are no collapse/expand functionality here so maybe the solution is to not have the icons here at all?

IMO this should actually be reported against the platform, though we may implement that on our side first.
