Auto Export is not auto exporting

I can set Firebug to persist and then save as a HAR file, but when I select Auto Export, it is not writing files to the auto export directory.

• Auto export is checked under options.
• Open Log Directory opens the location I am expecting.
• If I click the circle to activate auto export, it does toggle the checked value under options, but the circle doesn't change colors. I would expect it to maybe go red?

Could there be a permissions problem with Firefox/Firebug/NetExport being able to write to the file system automatically?

I had similar problem just a few days ago. But after I restarted the machine (Windows 7 Professional), it worked fine.
When you click the circle, it should turn to green and auto exporting starts.
