I subscribed to this product with the expectation that it would help streamline my workflow. Instead, it consumed an entire day of my time without completing the intended task, and I ended up wasting $9 on a subscription that provided no value.

I’m requesting a full refund and a clear explanation of why the product failed to deliver. If this is a known issue, it should be clearly communicated upfront. Otherwise, I expect accountability for the time and money lost.
