Would it be possible to replace / add Language with Role in the screen??

Role is more important to me, and other Admins, than Language. I would say that Role might be more important to a few other Admins rather than Language.

An alternative might be to have 'selectable' headings?? That may require one hell of a lot more coding though..

Personally I don't think it's really practical to show the role every user has for every tree on a site he/she has access to. You will see that all the columns in the user administration list are site-wide, not tree specific. Greg has to consider that some sites carry a great many trees, and members of such sites could therefore have multiple roles.

However, any user with the roles Administrator, Manager, or Moderator are listed on the Control panel main page, under Users. It doesn't separate the rest into editors, or just members unfortunately, because that would also be unwieldy.
