Feature Request: Bitfocus Companion Module

First of all, I love the project and you're really creating a great app here!

Something I think would be awesome to have, and would be really useful in my application, would be a simple module for Bitfocus Companion to control the Show Cue System.
I know you have the DMX Remote Control, so I know it's possible to set it up using the generic sacn or artnet modules.
But to have a module that connects to it natively, either thru osc or http or whatever you think is best, and that could control the playback functions and also receive feedback of what cue is currently live, would be fantastic!

Good news on the short-term: DMXRouter already exposes a full REST API for the cue system, plus a WebSocket channel for live feedback. You can hook it into Companion today using the Generic HTTP module for the actions and the Generic WebSocket module for realtime state. The relevant endpoints are:

• POST /api/playback/play / /stop / /pause / /resume
• POST /api/playback/go/next / /go/previous / /go/cue (jump to a specific cue)
• GET /api/playback (current state — active show, current cue, playing/paused)
• GET /api/shows and GET /api/shows/{showIndex}/cues (list everything)
• POST /api/playback/snapshot / /autopilot / /rec/start / /rec/stop

The WebSocket pushes state changes as they happen so feedback (cue currently live, playing/paused, etc.) is real-time without polling.

A proper native Companion module is on my list — I want to do it. The honest reason it's not there yet is that I already maintain another Companion module and the Bitfocus certification process takes real time and back-and-forth, so I'd rather wait until I can do it properly than ship a rushed one. Can't promise a date but it's something I'll come back to.
