The question is, how do we identify a person on-call?

Andrey - the automatically rotatable secret word. How does the person get it?
Vladimir - integration with 3rd party tools like BetterStack, etc
Alexey - read the SSM parameter, which contains the email of the person on call.

Will this work for all accounts?
