iRating gain/loss can be very large negative number

That’s a lot of cars on track, sometimes iRacing might not send the telemetry for all cars when they’re far away. To force receiving all cars, we have to set the Max Cars to 63 in graphics options and Connection Speed in account options. There are images in the Installation Guide.
