Unable to access BLIS Appveyor

It says at the link above that DLLs for windows can be downloaded from the BLIS Appveyor page. When I visit that page - logged in or not to Appveyor - I'm presented with

Project not found or access denied.

I was hoping to have a quick way to get binaries for windows.

Hi @mennodeij the Appveyor instance provides CI testing but not public Windows binaries. We could look into using Appveyor for packaging binaries in the future though. I'll leave this open to remind me to think about this at some point.
