shift and control modifers for rectangular and oval tool

like gimp and many other tools flameshot should support the shift modifier to limit rectangles and ovals to squares and circles and the control modifyers to start the rectangle/square and the oval/circle from the center instead of the edges.

I was about to open a PR for “start from center” modifier but the code is written in a way that makes this more difficult than I anticipated: pressing Ctrl is abstracted away for all tools through calling drawMoveWithAdjustment instead of drawMove. This means that adding support for a second modifier (“start from center”) would require either a more thorough refactor like passing an argument to both methods, or new methods, or getting rid of the “with adjustment” abstraction. I don't like any of those, as a would-be first contribution.

I'd like to point out that #1122 implemented “from center” (with Shift modifier) but only for the crop tool (aka capture tool) and OTOH crop tool doesn't support the “1:1 aspect ratio” modifier (currently Ctrl modifier for rect & circle).

I would suggest:

1. Making all two-point tools (including crop/capture and rect/circle) support both “from center” and “1:1 aspect ratio”.
2. Unify the shortcuts across all tools. In most graphical tools I used, Shift usually is for “1:1 aspect ratio” and Alt is for “start from center”.
