Implement the same arguments that works in Linux in Windows.

E.g, this command:

"C:\Program Files\Flameshot\bin\flameshot.exe" gui

Does not work in Windows 😭

Steps to reproduce

1. Press WinKey + R
2. Fill "C:\Program Files\Flameshot\bin\flameshot.exe" gui
3. Press enter
