Windows 11: Flameshot places screen on the top left of both monitors

When activating flameshot it causes the entire screen to go into the top left of my second monitor for no reason and I have not found a fix for this

Steps to reproduce

Running flameshot via system tray icon causes it.

This problem occurs when the scale of the two monitors is different.

Same issue, windows 11. Introduced in Flameshot 13.2.0. From what I see it depends on the primary monitor. If the top left of the primary monitor is the top left of the entire combined monitor surface area

Then it works fine.

With the following monitor configuration I get a black bar at the bottom:

My guess is flameshot renders the captured image (which I define as relative to the primary monitor top left) at the top left of the monitor surface area. So when they are not the same, then we get displayed the surface area outside of the monitors.

Almost everything is black, with a bit of the taskbar visible at the top of the screen:
