Confusing downloads under Releases

Hi, I'm new to Flameshot, so pardon my lack of knowledge. Thank you for making this tool available for free, I got tired of Spectacle's issues and slowness, so wanted to try a different screenshot tool in KDE.

The issue is that I'm confused about what to download from https://github.com/flameshot-org/flameshot/releases/tag/v14.0.0. Unlike other projects that ship binaries, there are a few peculiarities that cause this confusion:

1. Commit sha embedded in some package names, but not in others
2. The word "artifact" (haven't seen this in other OSS binaries)
3. One-behind OS versions (no Debian 12 or Ubuntu 26)
4. Mixed architecture designations - both x86_64 and amd64
5. No guidance in the release notes (or in the README) as to which package to download - what's the startup delay in using the appImage? Any permission issues between snap and flatpack on Wayland? etc.

I apologize if I missed something. Feel free to correct me, and I'd then be happy to submit a PR to the README advising new users which package to download.

The CI really just needs to be cleaned up for the release process :/ A bunch of this has been added slowly over the years so that is why its different. It would be great for a community member to help improve the release process so its less manual for me.
