FXRP stuck after failed Firelight staking attempt (Bifrost wallet)

Hello Flare Team,

I’m using Bifrost Wallet on the Flare network and my FXRP balance is now 0 following a failed attempt to move FXRP to Firelight (staking is not available in the UK).

Details:
• Wallet: Bifrost
• Network: Flare
• Token: FXRP
• Amount: 1,410.272 FXRP
• Transaction hash:
0x5105f495a81984fcae09ae 39f528b8cf9a443cdf92281161692e05682d3ef671

Timeline:
• FXRP sent
• FXRP received back ~4 minutes later
• FXRP later sent again
• FXRP now shows 0.00 in wallet

I understand this FXRP is likely held by an FAssets agent following an incomplete lifecycle.
Could you please advise whether this requires agent refund, settlement, or manual intervention, and what (if anything) is required from me?
