Include support for eth_getBlockReceipts

Looks like the RPC method eth_getBlockReceipts is not implemented.

This method is listed in the official Ethereum JSON-RPC Specification.
Almost all Geth-based clients support this method now.

This would be very useful to have to efficiently get receipts for a specific block.
