Description
How can we use Thunderstrike while we are in a cave or a closed area? What about adding flags like the items have to the maps? For an example the Thunderstrike will have not_requires_flag=cave when we enter that cave map we will equip cave flag so we cant use thunderstrike at cave.
There is no problem with the Thunderstrike power at Empyrean Campaign, thats an example. This feature will allow us to make powers like Thunder at D&D etc.
