[2.x] Flag and GDPR Requests get refreshed #4437
Description
Current Behavior
Currently a new flag, or a solved flag do not update the icon and list in the dropdown. They remain there until a hard page refresh has been made. That is the same for the requests coming in via the GDPR ereausre requests.
Ideally this icons GDPR, Flags, Messages and Notifications also would be updated by Realtime.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new flagged post
Check as an admin user if the flag gets visible witout a hard page refresh
If the flag has been handled check if the flag gets removed from the top icon without a hard page refresh
Expected Behavior
Information displayed without hard page refresh
