Add global error handler #169
Description
Sometimes parts of the app can fail unexpectedly in some browsers (e.g. because Safari doesn't interpret the CSP correctly). To recover from this, there should be a global error handler which shows a message with the error and makes it possible to reset the client or got to home page.
