Deprecated scripts #127
Description
Right now, deepblast-search is deprecated in favor of TM-vec. See the wiki for more documentation.
Also deepblast-evaluate is deprecated in favor of deepblast-train. Specifying --limit-train-batches 1, --limit-valid-batches 1 and --visualization-fraction 1 in deepblast-train will negate the need for fixing / maintaining deepblast-evaluate
