Hey @dserik20, thanks for reporting this.

I have been hardening the session resume lifecycle since the last release, but I do not have a concrete post-v2026.4.13 fix that I am confident addresses this exact acp_resume_session failure. The error context in your report (59 messages, Claude Code agent) suggests the resume path hit an issue reconnecting to an existing session.

Related code for context:

• packages/desktop/src/lib/acp/store/services/session-connection-manager.ts — the session resume logic, including the duplicate-resume guard
• packages/desktop/src-tauri/src/acp/commands/session_commands.rs — the backend acp_resume_session handler

I am keeping this open and will investigate further. If you can reproduce it reliably or notice a pattern (e.g. it happens after the app has been idle for a while, or only with long sessions), any extra context would help me narrow it down.
