Additional Use Grant:

The following uses are permitted without a commercial license:

(a) Personal Use: use by a natural person solely on their
    own behalf, for personal or non-commercial purposes,
    on infrastructure owned and funded entirely by that
    individual, provided that all of the following
    conditions are satisfied simultaneously:
    (i)  such use is not conducted in the individual's
         capacity as an employee, contractor, agent, or
         representative of any Legal Entity;
    (ii) such use does not occur on equipment provided,
         funded, reimbursed, or authorized by any Legal
         Entity; and
    (iii)such use is not conducted at the direction of,
         or for the benefit of, any Legal Entity.
    Personal Use includes individual personal projects
    accessible via public internet, provided all
    conditions above are satisfied.

(b) Evaluation and Development Use: use solely for
    internal technical evaluation, testing, or development
    purposes, provided that all of the following
    conditions are satisfied simultaneously:
    (i)  the Licensed Work does not process real user
         data or real business data;
    (ii) the Licensed Work is not used to support any
         actual business operations or workflows;
    (iii)the Licensed Work is not deployed or delivered
         to any third party; and
    (iv) the Licensed Work is not accessible via public
         internet.

(c) Educational Use: use by educational institutions or
    individuals for non-commercial teaching, research,
    or academic purposes, provided such use is not
    conducted on behalf of or for the benefit of any
    commercial Legal Entity.

Any use not expressly described in (a), (b), or (c)
above constitutes Production Use and requires a
commercial license.

Change Date: The Change Date for each version is the
date falling three (3) years after the date on which
that version was first publicly released. The release
date of each version shall be determined by reference
to the version release records published by the
Licensor in the official code repository or on the
official website.

Change License: Apache License, Version 2.0

Definitions

"Licensed Work" means the software and associated
documentation files made available under this License.

"Licensor" means the copyright holder(s) of the
Licensed Work.

"Legal Entity" means any corporation, partnership,
limited liability company, sole proprietorship,
individually registered business, or other organization
recognized as a legal entity under applicable law,
including any entity engaged in commercial activity
regardless of profit motive.

"Production Use" means any of the following:

(a) Deployment for External Parties: deploying,
    installing, hosting, configuring, integrating, or
    otherwise making the Licensed Work available to any
    third party — whether or not for compensation,
    whether or not under a separate agreement, and
    whether or not the deployment is accessible via
    public internet — including but not limited to
    providing the Licensed Work as part of a service,
    product, solution, or deliverable to any client,
    customer, or other party;

(b) Organizational Deployment: any installation,
    execution, or operation of the Licensed Work in
    any of the following ways:
    (i)  running on infrastructure owned, leased,
         managed, or controlled by a Legal Entity,
         including but not limited to servers, virtual
         machines, containers, cloud instances, or
         shared computing resources; or
    (ii) by an individual acting in their capacity as
         an employee, contractor, agent, or
         representative of a Legal Entity, where such
         use occurs on equipment provided by, or under
         the direction or authorization of, such Legal
         Entity; or
    (iii)in a manner that is funded by, reimbursed by,
         or conducted at the expense of a Legal Entity;
    regardless of whether such use processes real data,
    is integrated into any system, or is accessible
    via any network;

(c) Commercial Integration: incorporating the Licensed
    Work into any product, service, or system that is
    sold, licensed, subscribed to, or otherwise
    monetized, directly or indirectly.

"Non-Production Use" means use that satisfies all
conditions specified in Additional Use Grant section
(b) above simultaneously. To facilitate compliance,
users are advised to retain written records sufficient
to demonstrate that all conditions of Non-Production
Use are satisfied. The Licensor shall bear the burden
of proof in accordance with applicable law when
asserting any claim of breach or infringement.

"Third Party" means any natural person or Legal Entity
other than the user themselves. For the avoidance of
doubt, a Legal Entity and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
parent companies, or related entities each constitute
separate parties for the purposes of this License,
unless they are incorporated as a single unified legal
entity under applicable law.

Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy,
modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and
make Non-Production Use and Personal Use of the
Licensed Work. The foregoing rights are subject to
the following conditions:

Section 1  Production Use Restriction
You may not make Production Use of the Licensed Work
except as expressly permitted by a separate commercial
license obtained from the Licensor. For the avoidance
of doubt:
(a) the scale of deployment, number of users,
    transaction volume, or revenue generated does not
    affect the applicability of this restriction;
(b) absence of commercial intent or profit motive does
    not exempt any use from this restriction; and
(c) any Production Use, regardless of scale, intent,
    or organizational structure, requires a commercial
    license.

Section 2  Automatic Termination
Any use of the Licensed Work in violation of this
License will automatically terminate your rights
under this License for the current version and all
other versions of the Licensed Work released after
the date of first violation. For the avoidance of
doubt, versions of the Licensed Work released under
a prior open source license before the adoption of
this License remain governed by that prior license
and are not affected by termination under this
section.

Section 3  Distribution Requirements
You must provide all recipients of the Licensed Work
with a copy of this License.

Section 4  Modification Notices
You must cause any modified files to carry prominent
notices stating that you changed the files and the
date of such changes.

Section 5  Notice Preservation
You must not remove, alter, or obscure any licensing,
copyright, attribution, or other notices of the
Licensor in the Licensed Work except as expressly
permitted by a separate commercial license.

Section 6  No Trademark License
This License does not grant you any right in the
trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos
of the Licensor.

Section 7  Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE
LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, AND
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER
SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW.

Section 8  Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO
EVENT WILL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE
OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED WORK,
EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION
SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW.

Section 9  Change Date
If the Change Date applicable to a specific version
has passed, this License shall, with respect to that
version, be replaced by the Change License, and from
that date you may use that version of the Licensed
Work under the terms of the Change License.

Section 10  Governing Interpretation
This License shall be interpreted in accordance with
its plain meaning and the overall purpose of this
License. The Licensor hereby declares that the core
purpose of this License is to require a commercial
license for all Production Use as defined herein.
This License shall be interpreted in accordance with
applicable law.

This License constitutes a standard form contract.
The Licensor has drawn the attention of users to all
terms that exclude or limit the Licensor's liability,
restrict users' rights, or impose obligations on
users, by presenting such terms prominently in this
License, in fulfillment of the Licensor's obligation
to give notice and explanation as required by
applicable law.
