Yes, I've finally solved it, fairly straight forward once I worked through the CSS. You need card_mod. My example changes the color of the solar icon when my inverter is limiting its output. Here's the code. |

Hi guys!
I am trying to realize the following:
If my car is charged in PV surplus mode, I get this information in a special entity.
Now I want to change the color of the icon for an individual device (or also for the battery or all the others) depending from the state of this additional entitiy telling the "charging mode", e.g. green when the car is charged by PV surplus, red when it is charged by power from the grid.
Is there any possibility to realize this?
