It appears popperjs was renamed to floating-ui and officially released a few months ago. Although looking at https://popper.js.org/ there is no mention of this change.
I think it would be helpful to have a banner similar in content to what's on the floating-ui readme here, describing this change and directing users to https://floating-ui.com/.
