Help wanted running psa car controller local for development.

I wonder if somebody can help me running this project local so can contribute and try to debug issues i run in to.
I tried a couple of different ways but none worked.

for some reason when running using --web-conf it still keeps asking for the config file

--web-conf should be used one time (after install). If you used this command you should open the web interface to configure the config file. Maybe you should add a ip string, if you configure your psacc from a laptop or a another device.

psa-car-controller -l 0.0.0.0 --web.conf
