Docker: how do i reauthorize?

I am using psacc from 2021, in this days is saying that i need to reauthenticate... how do i do that?

When i run docker compose it quits immediately without asking any password

so i said, ok let's delete 4 years of history and start again from scratch with a new config, but it also quits immediately saying there's no config...
