I have a Debian 13 headless server with Nextcloud installed directly to the system files (not containerized). Also Nginx Proxy Manager manages the SSL which enables Nextcloud to have a HTTPS URL which operates only locally in my private home network (no .com domain involved). In contrast, Nginx Proxy Manager operates as a docker container. I have two client PCs. One is a Linux Mint PC and the second is a Win11 PC. Both run LibreWolf Browser with the Floccus extension installed and all the bookmarks sync perfectly between the headless server and the two PCs. However, for my Samsung Android 13 phone I am having a terrible time trying to make it sync with the Android Floccus app installed on my phone. The problem is Floccus gets stuck in an endless sync feedback loop that never ends and not a single bookmark gets synced. Below is the LOG file content and the question I have is what is causing the Floccus sync process to lock? And how do I permanently remove this lock so it no longer is a problem?

Also is applying checkmarks to the two Floccus account parameters shown below do anything? I have applied checkmarks to one and both and the sync problem persists no matter how I apply the checkmarks below:
