Why is this needed?
An app using click-to-confirm signup cannot exercise the same onboarding flow against Floci. For a user pool configured with DefaultEmailOption: CONFIRM_WITH_LINK and, with developer email sending, an EmailMessageByLink template, AWS sends a confirmation link for SignUp and ResendConfirmationCode; attribute-update and password-reset messages remain code-based.
On current main (7c4d1c9), CognitoMessageDispatcher.emailTemplateKey() always returns EmailMessage. The dispatcher renders a {####} code and never selects EmailMessageByLink or EmailSubjectByLink based on the pool setting. Its source explicitly marks this as an unimplemented follow-up. This is a source finding, not a newly run end-to-end email delivery or live AWS test.
A focused implementation should cover the signup and resend link flow without changing code-based password reset or attribute verification, with regression coverage for both template choices.
