Automated Regression Tests

Currently we do not have regression tests for the Flow-benchmarks-v0. These would take a long time to run, but could be done once a week and the outputs checked.

• Upgrade Rllib Upgrade to rllib 0.5.0 #22
• Rerun benchmarks to determine expected scores (needed for CORL anyways)
• Create public image to use Request: Public AWS image for EC2 #33
• Set up Cron Job on lab machine
• Write script to pull results and evaluate
• Create script to generate movies from pkl files
