Update to Angular 21

I've pushed a new GitHub Action using fast-facts/ng-update.
I'll try to make it work on branch "angular-21"

Angular 21 now uses zoneless mode as default.

From my tests our current package perfectly works on both zone and zoneless mode.

Do you think we have part of the code that need to be updated on this matter?

No, the library doesn't need any changes at this level.

I'm going to implement a few changes related to the new Angular features:

• use signals
• clean up and reorganize the code a bit
• add some optimizations not implemented before (unsubscriptions, event cleanup, etc.)

I'd appreciate a quick review in case I've missed something.

Just noticed that tests are failing and the readme might benefit of being updated to mention the versions of angular that we support for each recent version that we released.

Will try to support this matter.

I was actually referring to the automatic tests as exposed on the README:

We should probably ameliorate this to make people realize the library is actually a good one since it actually remain the only real good option for who needs chunked uploads.

It seems to have been out of order for a while.
