Resources heading/accordion arrow icons clipping at smaller text sizes

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://floeproject.org/resources/
2. Click on "+ show preferences" to open the UIO panel
3. Set "text size" to a value less than 1
4. See error

Expected behavior

The arrow icons should scale with the text size, as in other environments.
