Create a new branch to test the FLUIDOS Node with new Liqo version

Hello everyone.

I would like to propose a a side experiment of the FLUIDOS Node using the new version of Liqo.

Apparently, Liqo community has changed their software architecture drastically, bringing new network functionalities and improvements.

This could potentially be a breaking change for the FLUIDOS Node as well and as such I would like to run this experiment aside, like on a different branch.

Once we have this experimental version running and working, we can then merge it to the main branch.
