[BUG] Too many permissson request records on Android

Describe the bug
Opening the photo album once to browse the pictures will generate multiple permission usage records.

How to reproduce
Just use the AssetPicker.pickAssetsWithDelegate method to get the AssetEntity List.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use the AssetPicker.pickAssetsWithDelegate method
2. Go to the app information page of the application, and then click to view the permission usage records.
3. Error occurred.

Expected behavior
Opening the photo album once to browse the pictures will only generate one permission usage record.
