I couldn't decide between two categories, and both already have a download manager in them, so I'd rather you pick:
Tools & Utilities — this is where Gopeed sits ("A modern download manager that supports all platforms"). Alphabetically FluxDown would go between Floating Volume and Frigoligo.Network, Bluetooth & Sharing — this is where Brisk sits ("Fast, multithreaded, cross-platform download manager"). Alphabetically FluxDown would go between Destiny and foldie.
Let me know which one you'd prefer and I'll send the PR against that section right away. Happy to take any wording changes to the description too.
