I can't click the UI buttons with the pen

Hi, I'm trying this program for the first time on my M1 Mac, with a Huion Pro 12, and when I press any UI buttons (e.g. toolbar buttons) with the pen, nothing happens. I need to click with my left mouse button. Is this normal?

Does clicking on buttons outside rnote work with the pen ? Do you have drivers installed ?

I don't have a graphical tablet to test this on mac but it seems weird to me (at least I didn't notice or remember seeing this on mac with a tablet)

Yes, and yes, the Huion Kamvas Pro 12 Software.

It also works well with every other software I've tried so far, I'm using OneNote now. My college MS 365 subscription will end soon though, so I'm looking for alternatives.

Should I create an issue with a video reproducing this?

I could test this with a wacom intuos tablet on apple silicon and I don't have this issue (but I have others). So I'm opening an issue for this here #1425
