CI : `lsb_release`: command not found

**Describe the bug**  
On CI, the following error message pops up on  main

```bash
sh: line 1: lsb_release: command not found
```

**To Reproduce**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a window release ci and check the logs in setup
