A380X VV stuck enabled after resuming stable flight

Describe the bug

Accidentally turned off the fuel switch on ENG1 on takeoff (i know), causing the plane to enable VV switch. After resuming stable flight and restarting engine, it cannot be turned off again even in cruise.

Expected behavior

It would seem that after enabling stable flight, engaging AP and FD and bringing throttles into CLB, it should go away.

Steps to reproduce

1. Takeoff
2. Turn off an engine by fuel pump master switch
3. Restart engine while maintaining climb etc
4. Activate AP, FD, autothrust

UPDATE:
Not sure when, but it deactivated and brought back the FD cross during descent, could be altitude that triggered it or re-inputting arrival data.

The only case where this should happen is when you hit the TRK/FPA button. Looks like that's what happened and then you clicked it again?

Ah yes it did automatically go into TRK/FPA when the engine cut out on climb, i pushed it back to HDG/VS pretty soon after but the VV stayed active and would not come off
