PFD/ND Heading bug update rate is too slow

Describe the bug

The update rate for the heading bug is too slow compared to a reference video. Comparing frames on the video, the shortest update interval between two positions of the heading bug was 1.5-2 frames on the 25fps video. This suggests the update rate should be 12.5-16.6Hz.

Looks like the issue might be due to the refresh rate of the Simplane methods. This might require an improvement of the A380XFcuBusPublisher to provide the selected heading instead of using Simplane.

Expected behavior

The update rate of the heading bug should be much faster to match IRL references.

Steps to reproduce

Put FCU into heading mode and turn the heading knob. Observe the update rate of the heading bug on the PFD/ND.
