Describe the bug

Parking checklist - Fuel pumps are all off but not recognized by the checklist, unable to complete the item.

Expected behavior

The checklist item should recognize fuel pumps off correctly

Steps to reproduce

Take a normal flight and complete the parking checklist.

@C-Schaffhausen EFB checklist or displays (FWS) one?

For the FWS for sure, there's another issue (#9941) and a fix in the works (#9930).
For the EFB checklist I actually don't know, the condition is defined differently there. Might be worth a check.

If we know the status on the EFB, we can decide whether to keep this issue for the EFB or close it as duplicate :)
