ND: Range Change instead of mode change message after mode change

Describe the bug

Changing the ND mode from PLN to ARC or ARC to NAV causes the range change message to appear instead of mode change.

Expected behavior

Mode change to appear.

@BravoMike99 Do we have references for that?

When changing from ARC to ROSE modes, a range change is also triggered to keep the same heads-up distance and same VD distance. According to a comment in our common code, "Range has priority over mode change"
Maybe this is different on the A380X?
