2.Wait for it to load
3.However, after a while, a download error will be prompted

I can confirm on that the download experience for the FSLTL Base Models is pretty sketchy, I had to try it three four times before it ended up working. I did disable the CDN cache on the attempt where it worked, but I doubt that changed anything as it seems to be downloading from this repo's releases directly: https://github.com/FSLiveTrafficLiveries/base/releases/

My internet is perfectly fine and I have otherwise no problems downloading from GitHub or elsewhere.

Edit: First time it failed while downloading and automatically retried, second time I got an error related to the "Fragmenter", while it was presumably extracting the download (forgot to save the log), third time it got stuck at about 25% with the progress bar turning red and saying something along the lines of it having lost the connection (my internet was working fine), then it finally worked the fourth time.
